The Second Chance Classic
It isn't often that people get a second chance on the golf course, or a second chance at life, but the Second Chance Classic is the opportunity to celebrate life and raise funds on the golf course for a "second chance" at the hole. Kokoda Trek
In June 2012, seven Aussie nurses are heading to Kokoda to complete the Kokoda Trek. In doing so they will be honouring the Diggers that make Australia what it is today. They will also be acknowledging the unsung heroes that are organ and tissue donors, and their families, who in a time of tragedy, followed their loved ones wishes and granted other Australians life. You can follow their progress through their blog, updates and video links at http://www.anglsinkokoda.com/
