	Australian Transplant Cricket Club Following the death of David Hookes in 2004, the Australian Transplant Cricket Club (ATCC) established the David Hookes Memorial Shield in honour of this great Australian cricketer. The Shield is contested every two years between Australian and British transplant recipients.
