Transplant Australia representing transplant recipients, people undergoing dialysis, donor families and living donors is at an exciting stage of its development.
Over the next three years we will manage the Australian Transplant Games in Perth and the World Transplant Games on the Gold Coast. Importantly we are expanding our services to members and promotional activities.
We need an energetic, committed and passionate Member and Promotions Manager, to join our newly-created office at North Sydney.
The position will suit a graduate with three or four years experience in promotions management, membership services or services marketing. Potential applicants should have an excellent customer service ethic, great listening skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multi-task. An understanding of health and medical issues would be an advantage.
Duties include the promotion of membership to transplant units, managing members issues and questions, identifying potential PR stories, development of membership brochures and policies, taskforce management and liaison with state branches.
Office hours will be 8.30am to 5.30pm.
