The Inaugural David Hookes Memorial Series - The Great Britain Transplant Cricket Club vs Australian Transplant Cricket Club, Tour of Australia 2004
The inaugural Great Britain Transplant Cricket Club (GBTCC) vs the Australian Transplant Cricket Club (ATCC) Tour of Australia took place from late September to mid October 2004 in Adelaide, South Australia and Sydney, New South Wales.
The series was played for the David Hookes Memorial Shield and took the form of two two-day "Test Matches" and two one-day limited overs games. The David Hookes Memorial Shield was presented in memory of the former Australian test player whose family agreed to him becoming an organ donor after his tragic death in 2003.
